OUR STORY
Established in 2012
by Dr James Roberts
"After spending my working life working as a GP trying to make sick people well, I decided I'd like to spend my retirement making well people jolly."
In the Autumn of 2012, we planted 800 vines of mostly Seyval grapes with a few Pinot Noir. The vineyard is just under an acre and due to the limestone base has very well-drained soil. Combined with being south-facing, it gets sun for more of the day making it a favourible position to grow vines.
